<div><span style="background-color:transparent"><span style="background-color:rgb(217,234,211)"><strong>Az Alkotmánybíróság</strong> </span><span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>elfogadta az érvelésünket </b></span>és a napokban <strong>megsemmisítette a Kúria (korábbi nevén Legfelsőbb Bíróság) ítéletét</strong>, amit abban a vallásgyalázási ügyben hozott, ami miatt még 2016-ban indítottunk pert. Ez az első eset, hogy <span style="background-color:rgb(217,234,211)"><strong>az Alkotmánybíróság <span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)">vallási közösség </span><span style="background-color:rgb(234,209,220)">elleni gyűlöletkeltést</span> állapított meg és ezzel az emberi méltóság <span style="background-color:rgb(234,209,220)">sérelmét.</span></strong> </span>A taláros testület az ítéletét egyhangúlag hozta meg.</span></div>
