<i>Jézus ura a szombatnak. </i><br>
Az egyik szombaton Jézus betért <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">egy vezető farizeus </span>házába, hogy nála étkezzék. Az ott tartózkodók figyelték őt.<br>
Akkor eléje állt egy <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">vízkóros</span> ember. Jézus megkérdezte <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">a törvénytudókat 
és farizeusokat:</span> „Szabad-e szombaton gyógyítani?” <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">De azok</span><span style="color:rgb(7,55,99)"><span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)"> </span>nem 
válaszoltak</span>. Erre ő megérintette a beteget, meggyógyította és 
elbocsátotta.<br>
Azután a jelenlevőkhöz fordult: „Ha valamelyiktek szamara vagy ökre 
szombaton kútba esik, nem húzza-e ki azonnal?” <span style="color:rgb(53,28,117)"><span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">Azok</span> </span><span style="color:rgb(7,55,99)">semmit sem tudtak 
feleln</span>i neki.<br>
Ezek az evangélium igéi.

 in today’s Gospel, <span style="background-color:rgb(208,224,227)"><b>Jesus heals a man on the sabbath, thus demonstrating
 his authority over the Law.</b></span> The Jesus portrayed in the Gospels 
consistently speaks and acts <span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>in the very person of Yahweh, the God of 
Israel.</b></span><br></span><br><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:400;line-height:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;font-family:georgia,"times new roman";font-style:normal"><span style="background-color:rgb(208,224,227)"><b>On
 another occasion, defending his disciples against the charge of picking
 grain on the sabbath, Jesus reminds his interlocutors that priests 
serving in the temple can, under certain circumstances, violate the 
sabbath and still remain innocent</b></span>; then he adds with breathtaking 
laconicism, <span style="background-color:rgb(208,224,227)"><b>"I say to you, something greater than the temple is here." 
</b></span>The only one who could reasonably claim to be "greater" than the temple
would be the one who was worshiped in the temple.<br></span><br><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:400;line-height:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;font-family:georgia,"times new roman";font-style:normal">In
 a number of places in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus states, "You have 
heard it said . . . but I say . . . " This almost casual dismissal of 
the Torah, the revelation given by Yahweh to Moses himself and hence the
 court of final appeal to any pious Jew, would have overwhelmed any 
first-century Jew. Once more, <u><span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>t</b></span></u><span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>he only one who could legitimately 
overrule the Torah with such insouciance would be the one who was 
himself the author of the
Torah.</b></span></span></font></b></p><p align="justify"><b><font size="2"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:400;line-height:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;font-family:georgia,"times new roman";font-style:normal"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>

szívvel szemembe meri mondani az Igazságot, ha amúgy berzenkednék 
ellene!<br>
        Tudom Uram, hogy számtalan nehézséget nem a lázas tevékenység, hanem az idő old meg.<br>
        Te jól tudod, mily nagyon rászorulok az őszinte barátságra.<br>
        Add, hogy kiérdemeljem az életnek ezt a legszebb, legértékesebb, leggyöngédebb, hatalmas ajándékát!<br>
        Kérlek, tartsd távol tőlem a szorongást okozó gondolatot, miszerint életem hiábavaló lenne!<br>
        Ne azt add; Uram, amit kívánnék, hanem azt, amire szerinted valóban szükségem van!<br>
