Ha valaki követni akar engem, tagadja meg magát, vegye föl keresztjét,
és kövessen! Mert <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">mindaz, aki meg akarja menteni</span> életét, <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">elveszíti</span> azt;
és aki énérettem elveszíti <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">életét,</span> megtalálja azt.<br>
Mert <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">mit használ az embernek, ha az egész világot megnyeri is, de <span style="color:rgb(255,0,0)">a
lelke</span> kárt szenved?</span> <span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">Mit is adhatna az ember cserébe saját</span> lelkéért?<br>
Az Emberfia pedig el fog jönni Atyjának dicsőségében, angyalai kíséretében, és megfizet mindenkinek tettei szerint.<br>
Bizony, mondom nektek: Az itt állók közül néhányan nem halnak meg, amíg meg nem látják az Emberfiát, amint eljön országában.<br>
