<i>Aki Jézusban marad, mint a szőlővessző a szőlőtőn, az sok gyümölcsöt terem. </i><br>
Abban az időben Jézus ezt mondta tanítványainak:<br>
Én vagyok az igazi szőlőtő, és Atyám a szőlőműves. <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">Minden szőlővesszőt,
amely nem hoz </span>gyümölcsöt bennem, lemetsz rólam, azt pedig, amely
gyümölcsöt hoz, megtisztítja, hogy még többet teremjen. <u>Ti már tiszták
vagytok a tanítás által, amelyet hirdettem nektek.</u> <u>Maradjatok bennem,
</u>akkor én is bennetek maradok<span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)">. Miként a szőlővessző nem hozhat gyümölcsöt
magától, ha nem marad </span>a szőlőtőn,<span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)"> úgy ti sem, ha nem maradtok</span> bennem.<br>
Én vagyok a szőlőtő, ti a szőlővesszők. Aki bennem marad, és én őbenne,
az bő termést hoz, mert <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">nélkül</span>em <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">semmit sem tehettek</span>. <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">Aki nem marad </span>
bennem, <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">azt kivetik,</span> <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">mint<span style="color:rgb(39,78,19)"> a szőlővesszőt,</span> és elszárad.</span> <span style="color:rgb(102,0,0)">Összeszedik,
tűzre vetik és elégetik</span>.<u> Ha bennem maradtok, és szavaim is bennetek
maradnak, akkor bármit akartok, kérjétek, és megkapjátok. Azáltal
dicsőül meg Atyám, hogy bő termést hoztok, és a tanítványaim lesztek.</u><br>

became flesh, our flesh, so that we might allow
the divine energy to come to birth in us.</b></span><br></span><br><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:400;line-height:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;font-family:georgia,"times new roman";font-style:normal">Much
of this is summed up in <span style="background-color:rgb(162,196,201)"><b>the oft-repeated patristic adage</b></span><b> that</b><span style="background-color:rgb(208,224,227)"><b> <span style="background-color:rgb(162,196,201)">God
became human that humans might become God. </span></b></span>Many of our great theologians
and spiritual masters speak unselfconsciously of<span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b> "divinization"</b></span>—that is
to say, <span style="background-color:rgb(255,242,204)"><b>a sharing in the symbiosis that is the Incarnation, as the
