            at their parish Fr. Joe Carrell gave him an assignment to work
for the poor,

            Mother Teresa came over to the US from Calcutta

He was asked to bring Mother Theresa from San Diego to Tijuana

He was driving her round in Tijuana. She said she needed a place for the
homeless women, one for the homeless men and one for her nuns, and pointed
out a piece she wanted. He told her it was the police department, the
police department’s – nevertheless, she finally got it.

Over a month or two she started several projects,

            Mother Theresa was wonderful: humble, caring for the poor.

He gathered a team around her..

            Terry Caster built a gorgeous house for the Sisters of Charity
in San Diego instead of them living in bungalows

            He and her husband founded an organisation: ‘Serving Hands
International’

            It serves the poorest of the poor by working with organisations
on the ground.

            They built places in Africa, they have a place there where nuns
are taught how to build and write contracts. They send

them out to these wildest places in the world.

            The work of ‘Serving Hands International’ has touched lives
from India to Guatemala.

            His philosophy of philanthropy and of giving to others and the
poor. – He gets a high from helping people. He has

received a lot of help and support from God and lots of his friends.

One of the biggest problems faced by San Diego is homelessness.

They built a four-block home in the city that houses and serves the poor.

He gave 10 million dollars and they built a fifteen-story high building for
the poor. They named it Mother Teresa.

Sunbreak Ranch – an emergency triage centre that would provide housing and
an array of services to their clients,

where needs are identified, where everyone in need will have a clean, safe
and secure place and bed.

This is a Government – Private Partnership.

All the hospitals are loaded with homeless and it’s sucking up money and
that has been going on for a long time

Here: 24 hours security -Medical, mental and food – all they need – on
location. – One stop shot.

A 100 people, all business people that donate their time and energy, not
asking for a dime. They’ve got the land, now they will have to get Trump to
say so.  Previously all the money that has been given away has been going
down the cest pool, especially in California.  If money has to be spent,
let’s spend it the right way, like Fr. Joe Carrell did

Terry Caster’s legacy:  as someone who has helped enough to help someone.

Since 2018 California has spent 24 billion dollars on homelessness.
Sunbreak Ranch would cost a fraction of that and Terry Caster thinks it
could be replicated across the country.

They are now looking for federal lands. The World Over will let its viewers
know how the Trump administration will respond.
